Designed to work with your existing Zoho environment, SHOT Fulfillment automatically generates Service Requirements based on Subscription Orders and Master Data stored in Zoho Billing. While this offering does not include Zoho Billing or FSM licenses, it promotes a seamless integration between both systems, ensuring operational consistency and data integrity across fulfillment processes.

SHOT Fulfillment supports product logistics via Zoho Inventory (when available), aligns order data with field service execution in Zoho FSM, and facilitates asset visibility at customer premises. The result is a scalable, API-driven solution that enhances your Quote-to-Cash flow by synchronizing order and service operations, without the need for extensive custom development or double entries.

How It Works

• Order Creation. A Subscription Order is created in Zoho Billing using quoting tools, progressing through internal validations and customer approval workflows.

• Requirement Generation. Upon order approval, SHOT Fulfillment automatically creates a Service Requirement in Zoho FSM, pre-populating key data such as the quote number, fulfillment activity, company, contact, and service address.

• Request Review & Enrichment. The generated FSM Requirement can be accessed to review and update key details, such as the preferred service date or service location, before proceeding to Work Order creation in Zoho FSM.

• Service Report & Contract Activation. Once the service is fulfilled, the Service Report is used to update the fulfillment date in the Subscription Order. This finalizes the process and enables the creation of the Subscription Contract, making it ready for billing.
