What happens when the expected #EnterpriseArchitecture is interpreted by Vendor’s Solution Engineers with the objective to enforce a specific #Solution?
What happens when #DigitalTransformation starts without the needed optimization and simplification of the #OperationalModel, enforcing a lot of #CurrentPractices, not necessarily the best?
And what happens when #SolutionImplementation starts without the appropriate #Requirements prioritization and #Scope definition, obviously aligned with #BusinessExpectations?

As we highlighted in our #Episode2, only a balanced #EnterpriseArchitecture will deliver a successful #Transformation.
A #BalancedArchitecture is only achievable through the involvement and commitment #CrossBoard of all #Executive levels.
And it’s exceptional to satisfy #BusinessExpectations, enforcing #CurrentPractices, without a deep #Re-Engineering and without #Scope and #Requirements aligned with the company #Vision, through a #Solution beyond how good it is.
What usually happens by passing previous situations?
Companies buy expensive #Solutions without an #Agnostic confirmation that #BusinessExpectations can be satisfied what, sometimes, finishes on a decommissioning and or a re-implementation.
Several #ChangeRequests and #Integrations need to be considered to achieve goals.
Solution Consultants are involved in #Business discussions that happen out of time. Those discussions should happen in advance during the #AgnosticDigitalTransformation activity, and NOT during the #Implementation, which pushes increasingly #overheads because the involvement of people not skilled for that #DecisionMaking support.
